How to Qualify:

Receive one (1) ballot for every 250 Encore Rewards points earned, on Fridays and Saturdays, up to a maximum of 10 ballots daily.
Receive one (1) ballot by actively playing on any Slot Machine at 1PM, 4PM, and 8PM, on Fridays and Saturdays during the promotional period.
Receive one (1) ballot when signing up for the Encore Rewards Program.
